BioMy name is Jennifer. I am a 24 year old female currently living downtown in a big city. I've always had control of my physical image until recently when I sort of let myself go (boo) and this journal is one for my progress of climbing back up that mountain. I will probably post stuff like "Oh man, I had a great workout and was too exhausted to even shower so I fell right into bed and now my sheets are gross and sweaty so I have to do laundry" frequently. If you're trying to live a healthier life and trim up as well, we can totally motivate each other. :-)
